
Alysia Davidson has coached track and field and cross country. Her son and daughter have both been involved in the program but are now in college. She directs the Hiller Park Run.
Davita McGoldrick has been involved with the youth program for many years, organizing cross country races and inspiring young runners. Her children ran in this program until they entered high school. She is currently working with both the Jacoby Creek and Arcata High cross country teams. She directs the Arcata Marsh Run.
Rikki Cortopassi is the newest member of the HRRAY team, but she has been involved with track and cross country for many years, including as a high school track coach at St. Bernards High School.
Breanna Cahoon is HRRAY's chief fundraiser, Fortuna's Rohner Park race director and, with the help of Rikki and Alysia, organizes youth recognition awards. For her, it's a family affair. She has a daughter who runs for Hydesville and her two other daughters, Mia and Emma, are regular helpers at the meets.
Jack West is one of the founders of HRRAY along with Sarah Elie and Reed Elmore, College of the Redwoods track coach. He is a retired middle school teacher and has worked with cross country and track and field since 1980.

HRRAY is the youth organization for the Six Rivers Running Club which is Humboldt County's largest running club.
The Rotary Club of Arcata Sunrise has sponsored the Humboldt Cross Country Championships for many years.
Humboldt Sponsors is a local Humboldt County organization that provides grants for local activities. They have chosen to support HRRAY since 2019.
Humboldt State Track and Field puts on two track and field meets during our season. The first meet is a K-4 meet and the second is for 5th-8th graders. It is a great opportunity for youth runners to run on a high-quality track.
HRRAY is a youth running association for Humboldt County kindergarten to 8th grade runners. HRRAY allows all youth runners to participate in the fall cross country races and spring track races. We are working with College of the Redwoods to organize inclusive youth running camps.
