Cal Poly Humboldt K-4 & 5-8 Track Meets

Both the kindergarten-4th and 5th-8th grade track meets require one Release of Liability Form for each student athlete. You can see and download the form below. Bring it to the meet and make sure it is handed to the Cal Poly students at the table as you enter the track. 

Kindergarten-4th Grade Meet: Tuesday, March 25 beginning at 3:30 (please arrive by 3:00)

5th-8th Grade Meet: Thursday, March 27 beginning at 3:30 (please arrive by 3:00 for 3000 meters and 3:30 for the rest of the meet
