Lavender and Myrna Weburg took on the Blue Lake 5K on the last day of the month and completed the course in one hour.

Debbie Stamper is not satisfied by just running the Blue Lake 5K. She adds a traditional pull up at the end of the run.

The Porters took on the Blue Lake Course and made it past the course guardian to finish the 5K.

Debbie Stamper found a beautiful day to run the Hammond Trail 5K. She enjoyed running past the mouth of the Mad and seeing the seals and sea lions.

Emily and Sage Hartling ran great times on the Hammond Trail 5K in April. They are the 14 &under Circuit leaders.

Crystal, Arianna and Westley Porter finished the Hammond Trail 5K on a very nice April day.

Christina Howatt was joined by her husband, Brent, on a beautiful day at the Arcata Marsh. The 5K is closed, but lots of people participated.

Austin DeKeyser took his mom, Laurie, to the Arcata Marsh to help her run the 5K. Austin is 7 and seemed to have a great time.

Tom Nolan is running strong again. He finished the Arcata Marsh 5K for his third Circuit race this year. 

Doug Hartling returned to the Marsh after getting his girls to run great times yesterday. He and Rebecca Mendon ran terrific times.

Michael and Melissa Glass and Susan and Mathew House completed the Fish Hatchery Run, giving all of them a complete Circuit this year.

Kit Meyer and Dawn Durbin completed the final 2021 run, the Fish Hatchery 4-Mile Run.

Paul Kinsey is regaining his form with a nice December run at the Fish Hatchery.

Randy Emenaker completed the 4-mile Fish Hatchery Run recently. The course will be open until the end of the year.

Amy Taylor and her family were the first to send in times for the Fish Hatchery Virtual Run, the last run of the 2021 season.

Emily Hartling ran a great 5K at Blue Lake setting the best time of 29:53 on the 5K course.

Do you think you're tough. Sage Hartling ran a great 5K at Blue Lake, even with an injury, and finished with a smle.

Doug Hartling took his girls out to run the Blue Lake 5K and then came back with his dog to run the 10K. all of them ran great times.

Alex Lowe and Jo Archibald completed the Blue Lake 5K in a good time on another beautiful Blue Lake day.

Amy Taylor is still smiling after over four miles of running on a great running day in Blue Lake.   She completed the BL 10K.

Lilah Belle helped her mom, Katrin Lemmon, through a terrific Blue Lake 5K on  a beautiful Blue Lake day. Nice job to both.

The Blue Lake Run is now virtual and Grace took her owner, Marcile Raney, for a gentle jog around the Blue Lake 5K course on a very nice August day.

Crystal Porter took on the very difficult Dow's Prairie Race on her own without her daughter or friends, but she seemed to have a good time.

Debbie Stamper completed her Mother's Day, Atalanta Run, at the Arcata Marsh. There are few places that are more beautiful for a run than the Arcata Marsh, especially on a sunny day. 

Lilah Belle looks like she had a great run with mama, Katrin Lemmon, for their Mother's Day Atalanta Run.

Leslie Keig wore her Atalanta shirt for her Atalanta 5K run.  See the results on the Atalanta Results page.

Kerry Byrne ran Atalanta Virtual Run with her daughters, Eimile Byrne (3) and Cara Yost (1). She ran an excellent 24:27 while pushing the girls.

Paul Kinsey took a beautiful run in the Headwaters Forest for about a 10K. It's a great run with a few good hills.  See his map on the "Favorite Runs" page.

Stina Blackwood, Patrick-Ross McNally, Arianna Porter and Crystal Porter ran along the Waterfront Trail from the Adorni Center to Tydd Road.  They left a map for the course that you can see on the "Favorite Course" page.

Dennis Taylor, Caitlin Taylor, Cooper Hubbard and Colton Taylor ran the Hikshari Trail on a very nice day.  Amy Taylor ran from Herrick Ave. to Del Norte St. You can see her information on the Favorite Run site.

Leslie Keig enjoyed the Hammond Trail for 4-miles for her favorite local run.  You can see her course on the Favorite Course page.

Randy Emenaker recently turned 70 and decided to take a tough run through the Arcata Community Forest for a good 4.35 mile run.

Patrick-Ross McNally and his mother, Stina Blackwood, ran the Elk River Trail in the Headwaters Forest for 4.0 miles.

Crystal Porter and her daughter, Arianna, put in 4.0 miles on the Headwaters Forest Trail to get a great trail run.

Sarah Sullens and April Quincey took a 4.0 mile trail run on the beach on a beautiful day.

"Shake it up, baby, now!" Rose McCutchen is 38 weeks pregnant and in the forest for a 10 mile run with April Quincey and Sarah Sullens, who took the photo.

Sage Hartling ran with her dad and sister in the McKay Track  on a very beautiful Humboldt County spring day.  She completed 4.0 miles.

Emily Hartling finished a excellent 4.0 miles in the McKay Track with her dad, Doug.

Kit Meyer completed the "Trail Run" with Dawn Durbin, using the McKay Track to get her 4.0 miles completed. This is her third Circuit run.

Dawn Durbin is in the wilds of the McKay Track, slicing through the the McKay  forest, on a 4.0 mile Trail Run, the March virtual Circuit event.

Crystal and Arianna Porter finished the Marsh 5K on a nice day and it looks like they had a terrific time.

Emett Bowman got the Marsh 5K completed at the last minute, finishing the course a little late, but he got it done. He may be the last virtual runner of the year of Covid19 since we hope to be running competitively starting at the end of March.

Catrina Howatt had a nice run with Otters at the Arcata Marsh for her first Circuit run of the year.

Stina Blackwood and her son, Patrick-Ross, finished the Marsh 5K on the final day of February for their 2nd Circuit race of the year.

Marcile Raney and Myrna Weburg completed the Marsh 5K on a wet day, but seemed to have a great time anyway.

Gary Timek is on his way to the finish line of the Marsh 5K.  On the other side of the camera is his running partner, Yoon Kim.

Donna Ayres ran the Marsh 5K in Montana, so don't try figure why there is snow on the Marsh. She is participating virtually--sort of.

Mike Wood  has his second 2021 circuit race completed. He picked a nice day to get a good time on the Marsh 5K.

Yolynn St. John, Kit Meyer and Dawn Durbin ran the Marsh 5K on a fairly nice day and picked up a Circuit Run.

Leslie Keig ran the Arcata Marsh 5K and stopped for a picture with a spectacular background. She finished her second 2021 Circuit run.

Mike Wood is looking like he is having a good time running on a wet day on he Resolution Run course.  He has his first 2021 circuit race completed.

Kelly Ridgeway completed the Marsh 5K on a pretty wet day, but ran a nice time and has her first 2021 Circuit race.

Emily (10) and Sage (8) Hartling ran both the Resolution 5K and the Marsh 5K to get their first two circuit races of the year completed.  They ran very good times in both events.

Marcile Raney and Myrna Weburg completed the Resolution Run. Myrna is now the oldest runner, at 81, to complete a virtual run since the runs began last year. They have both run their first circuit races of 2021.
