Eureka Boardwalk Virtual 5K
Course Map
This is the full course starting at 1st and C Streets and ending at the Eureka Boardwalk. There are many pictures that should help you easily follow the course.
Start and Finish
The starting line is located in front of the Madaket Plaza on C and 1st Streets. The finish is on the Eureka Boardwalk.
Turnaround
This course follows the streets along the waterfront and returns along the Waterfront Trail. Be sure to look carefully at the pictures below so you follow the proper course.
Eureka Boardwalk Virtual 5K
Start
This starting is the crosswalk at 1st and C Streets. Run down 1st Street past the Adorni Center. 1st Street becomes Waterfront after the Adorni Center. Stay on this road all the way to T St.
S Turn to 1st Street
At T Street, make an S turn onto 1st Street and run toward Target. This is the location of mile 1. The road ends and becomes a trail. Follow the trail one block and turn right on Y St. Turn left onto 2nd Street and follow 2nd Street to the end of the road and veer right into the parking lot. Run alongside Target toward the bay.
Target to the Waterfront Trail
At the end of the road alongside Target, turn left onto the sidewalk that leads to the Waterfront Trail.

Mile 2
Mile 2 is on the paved waterfront Trail
Cut the Corner
This is a sharp turn, so cut the corner on the dirt path and continue following the trail toward the Adorni Center parking lot.

Crossing the Launch Ramp
As you cross under the Samoa Bridge at the launch ramp, be sure to follow the trail as it continues along the Bay toward the Adorni Center.
Eureka Boardwalk Virtual 5K
Crossing the Parking Lot
The trail ends at the Adorni Parking Lot. Go through the parking lot to Waterfront Road and follow Waterfront to 1st Street toward the finish line. Turn right on F Street, the road surrounded by flags that leads to the Humboldt Bay.
Eureka Boardwalk to the finish
After turning right on F Street, turn left on the Eureka Boardwalk and pass mile 3.
The Finish Line
The Finish Line will be marked just before the end of the parking lot.
